Workflow analysis

The secret to efficient solutions to current problems is, among other things, a detailed analysis of work processes. From work instructions, meetings protocols, oral agreements and job descriptions, an overall picture that reflects the significant flows of information and data could be made. Based on this picture, the optimizing potentials are driven.

In many cases, the used work processes don't always allow the optimum use of the functions of the technology and software products.
