5/7/2012After a tough international tendering exercise, the Ministry of Finance (MoF) of the State of Kuwait, has recently awarded a 4-year GIS consultancy services contract to design and supervise the implementation of an enterprise GIS to a consortium of Universe Computers, Kuwait, GISCON Solutions, Germany, and GPC-GIS, UAE.
